Wake up to Mountains, take in the views through the large picture window while your head is still resting in bed!  The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and offers plenty of room to move around as well as a large walk in closet.   The Master Bathroom features a large walk in shower and a Garden Tub to soak in after a full day of adventure.

“We had 4 adults and 1 dog. The house was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. There were dog dishes, bowls, and towels and even a dog cookie waiting for “Aspen” on our arrival. The sunsets were amazing. Walking to the top of the Knob every morning and walking the trails during the day and not having to worry about traffic with the dog was great.
The response time for our concerns and questions was amazing by the staff of Deer Ridge. We arrived 1 day early and because the house was not rented, we called the office (on a weekend) and Sandy was so accommodating to get us into the house a day early.
There were landscapers and electricians working on the house next door and the first day the “boss” knocked on our door and asked if we were being “disturbed” and if so they would stop working. Wow! Of course they were not disturbing us but when does that ever happen?
Amazing views from the house. Screen porch was awesome and would be very nice to use in the summertime.

“We stayed at Sutton Knob-Cedardale over Thanksgiving weekend 2014. Most of the other rentals that we considered were already booked. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I contacted Deer Ridge Property Management in hopes that there might be a home left in the Brevard area. I am really glad I did. The property in question was brand new construction. Kristy Kolisch-Harris went above and beyond to get the house ready for our arrival. About the house: Sutton Knob-Cedardale is nothing short of amazing. The drive up to the cottage is an entertaining switchback climb up from the valley floor. It takes about 10-15 minuted from downtown Brevard. There is a very nice double car garage to park in. One of my favorite memories of our entire stay is opening the front door the first time. The house instantly exceeded all expectations. Full stone fireplace, gleaming hardwood floors, granite counter tops, all add to the appeal and beauty of the house. Nothing, however compares to the endless views out of the beautiful windows on the back of the house. We have stayed at many different places over the years. In my humble opinion, the mountain views at Sutton Knob-Cedardale equals or tops all of the others that I have seen.
This was our second trip to Brevard in as many months. We went to back to Brevard to explore the downtown area, trails, and waterfalls. However, I found myself not wanting to leave this house. It has everything one would need to settle in and have a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook/bake with. The furniture is much nicer than what we have experienced in other vacation rentals. The bathrooms are very well thought out. The main bedroom offers the same amazing view as the living area. There was even firewood left for us to enjoy.
