Brevard Elementary School
This mission of Brevard Elementary is to be a model for educational excellence and to be a place where a foundation is created for good citizenship and a lifelong love of learning.
Outside of the traditional curriculum BES has Arts and Music programs.
Brevard Elementary Art Room is a high tech learning center. The art room has an electric kiln for pottery, access to the Internet, 12 student work tables, 2 sinks. The lessons are multi-dimensional incorporating hands on demonstrations illuminated by a document camera, power point slide shows of artists work and step-by-step project directions.
Brevard Music class is a place where students can explore, create, express themselves, listen, sing, play, and have fun! Every student at Brevard Elementary participates in music once a week for 50-55 minutes. The North Carolina music curriculum is based on a set of national music standards, created by the Music Educators National Conference.

Pisgah Forest Elementary School
The mission of Pisgah Forest Elementary is to work together with parents and community to meet the needs of all students, empowering them to become respectful and productive citizens in society.

Rosman Elementary School
The mission of Rosman Elementary, in partnership with home and community, is to prepare students to be Productive citizens and Lifelong learners through Academic success in a Nurturing environment.
Outside of the traditional curriculum RES has Arts and Music programs.
The Art Room at RES provides a 21st Century Learning Environment. Learners are provided Internet access in combination with a Presentation Station, that allows for instant access to endless resources and the best view possible of Art and the Global Community. Lessons utilize these technologies as well as clear procedures and step by step instruction, allowing our students to grow in their knowlege of Art.
The main Music curriculum utilized is titled Spotlight on Music, published by McMillian/McGraw-Hill. Other supplementary resources such as the Music K-8 magazine, World Drumming, and Recorder Karate are also utilized.

TC Henderson Elementary School
TC Henderson is an Honor School of Excellence, and as such is ranked in the top 8% of schools in the state of North Carolina in terms of student academic learning, progress, and achievement.
Outside of the traditional curriculum TCE has Arts and Music programs.
TC Henderson’s Art program is a discipline-based program featuring hands-on art projects intertwined with art history and art criticism. These best practices work together to encourage diverse, critical thinking skills necessary to success later in life.

Mountain Sun Community School
Mountain Sun Community School is an independent, non-profit, private school serving children Pre-K through 8th grade.
