Beautiful home conveniently located in Pisgah Forest, just minutes from Downtown Brevard. Paddle around in your very own private lake or sit back and relax with a fire next to the lake. The home is two stories with a sleeping loft over the garage. Enter the main level of the home to a large open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room, kitchen and sitting room all overlooking the lake. This home is truly unique and a prized member of our rental program.

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom is located on the main level with a King size bed, large master bathroom including jet tub and walk in shower. Private deck off of the master bedroom with a table and chairs overlooking the lake, a great place for morning coffee!

Guest Bedroom One:

The first Guest Bedroom is also located on the main level just off of the living room. This room has a walk in shower and bath tub. The room features a King size bed and daybed.

Guest Bedroom Two*:

This second guest bedroom is located on the lower level. It is a large room with a King size bed and desk overlooking the lake. The room has direct access to a lower level deck with access to the lake.

Guest Bedroom Three*:

The third Guest Bedroom is also located on the lower level. It is a smaller sized room with a queen sleigh bed and half bathroom. This bedroom has a large flat screen television (the only other televiison in the house besides the living room).

*A full bathroom is located on the lower level for the two Guest Bedrooms to share.

Sleeping Loft:

The sleeping loft is located above the garage and is accessed through an interior set of stairs off of the kitchen area. The sleeping loft has two separate rooms which share a full bathroom. One room has a king size bed and the other has a set of bunk beds and two additional twins (4 beds total). Guests can access the Bunk room by walking through the room with the king bed or enter a separate set of stairs by walking through the garage.
